I hate to complain. Really, I do. But the loose doorknob has been “on the list” since late 2020. The upstairs toilet requires a very specific “jiggle.” One cabinet door has been hanging slightly lower than the others for so long, I’m beginning to think it’s a design choice. They talk about me often, saying things like, “We really need to knock these things out.” My owners are lovely people. I understand they are busy. I am trying to be patient. But I’m a health-conscious Lake Bluff home and my dignity is dwindling.
